Jason Stone serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Coyle Capital, where he brings a wealth of experience in leadership, training, entrepreneurship, and real estate. Jason's career began in 1992 while attending Florida State University, where he worked for Managing Food Groups, the owners of Hungry Howie’s Pizza and Subs. Over six years, he quickly advanced from team member to Restaurant Manager and then to Area Director for the Tallahassee, FL market. In 2002, Jason was promoted to COO of Managing Foods, overseeing 101 businesses and 1579 employees. His extensive responsibilities included franchise development, vendor relations, acquisitions, developing training programs, managing legal documents, overseeing 90 restaurant build-outs, and managing $71 million in annual sales. From 2002 to 2008, Jason and his wife successfully built and operated 10 restaurants of their own.

In 2009, Jason decided to leave Managing Foods, sell their restaurants, and stay closer to home while his wife pursued her medical career. Since 2010, he has worked with The Flynn Group, the largest franchisee of restaurants globally, serving as an Area Director for their Hut American Group and as a corporate trainer for the Pizza Hut Division in the Southeastern United States. Jason also holds an active real estate license under Berkshire Hathaway, earning accolades such as Rookie of the Year for Berkshire Florida Properties Group and maintaining a top 10% ranking in sales volume performance.
