Matt Coyle

Matt Coyle is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur, best known for his leadership at Coyle Capital, a premier capital investment firm. With a background deeply rooted in real estate, Matt began his career in land development with his family. In 2008, his expertise led his land acquisition company to be hired by Colony American Homes, a firm specializing in the purchase, rehab, and rental of single-family homes. Over three years, Matt and his partner successfully acquired and rehabbed over 6000 homes, managing a substantial $1.9 billion investment to make these homes rent-ready.

In parallel, Matt developed his own impressive real estate portfolio, encompassing 200 commercial and residential assets with an estimated net worth of $30 million, efficiently managed in-house through advanced technology platforms. Beyond real estate, Matt is an accomplished entrepreneur with ownership stakes in multiple companies across the state of Florida. Through Coyle Capital, Matt continues to leverage his extensive experience to identify and invest in high-potential opportunities, driving substantial returns for his firm and partners.

Jason Stone

Jason Stone, COO of Coyle Capital, brings a wealth of experience in leadership, training, entrepreneurship, and real estate. His career began in 1992 at Florida State University, working for Managing Food Groups, owners of Hungry Howie’s Pizza and Subs. Rising quickly from team member to Area Director, Jason was promoted to COO in 2002, overseeing 101 businesses and 1579 employees. His responsibilities included franchise development, vendor relations, acquisitions, training programs, legal document management, and overseeing 90 restaurant build-outs, managing $71 million in annual sales. From 2002 to 2008, he and his wife built and operated 10 restaurants.

In 2009, Jason left Managing Foods to stay closer to home while his wife pursued her medical career. Since 2010, he has worked with The Flynn Group, the world’s largest restaurant franchisee, serving as an Area Director and corporate trainer for the Pizza Hut Division in the Southeastern U.S. Jason also holds a real estate license under Berkshire Hathaway, earning Rookie of the Year and consistently ranking in the top 10% for sales volume. At Coyle Capital, Jason leverages his diverse background to drive operational excellence and strategic growth, significantly contributing to the firm’s success in capital investment.
